Blake Erickson’s journey began as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he discovered the principles of influence, faith, and purpose that would shape his life and leadership.
After returning home, Blake became an entrepreneur—launching several small ventures, from a food truck to a Christmas light business. Some succeeded, some failed, but each taught him invaluable lessons about resilience and growth.
He later entered commission-only door-to-door sales, where his drive and leadership placed him among the top 0.01% of performers. Over four years, he helped scale that organization into an eight-figure business, specializing in recruiting, leadership, and growth strategy. By age 24, Blake had earned his first million dollars.
In 2024, Blake made the bold decision to sell his companies and real estate portfolio, step away from his podcast, and go all-in on Scaling.com — a business strategy firm for entrepreneurs committed to growth. Within its first five months, the company grew from $0 to $6 million in annual recurring revenue, and they’re just getting started.
Drawing on his experiences leading and scaling high-performance teams, Blake became a New York Times best-selling author of The Science of Scaling and later wrote Time Is a Tool, works that capture his philosophy on growth, leadership, and the power of focus.
As a TEDx speaker, Blake shares his message of ambition, faith, and possibility, inspiring others to accomplish what once seemed impossible.
Beyond business, Blake is a husband to Bre and father to two boys, with one more on the way. Family is at the center of everything he does.

“No one has ever been inspired by somebody playing small. Choosing to play big in what you do is the way to go make a dent in the world."
